As part of the design project for Tramelan, including the design of a new corporate identity and a new visual language, onlab was commissioned to create and develop a travelling exhibition proposed by the Economy Chamber of the Bernese Jura at the CIP in Tramelan. The exhibition travelled to different cities and fairs in Switzerland.

Key terms of the communication strategy derived from the cultural and historic traits of Tramelan were identified as “Savoir Faire” representing the know-how and craftsmanship of the watchmaker industry and the “Savoir Vivre” representing the authentic lifestyle of the population. According to this framework the exhibition booth was composed of four parts, three of them representing 'savoir', 'faire' and 'vivre' and the fourth was dedicated to administration. A screening on this wall showed a video presenting the city and its people, directed by onlab.
